Initiating our operations in Bengaluru in the year 2000, we have since expanded our footprint to other key cities in South India, including Chennai, Coimbatore, and Visakhapatnam. Furthermore, our presence has extended to Kolkata in East India, where a substantial mixed-use project is currently under development.

As of June 30, 2023, our extensive portfolio encompasses 49 projects, totaling an estimated saleable area of 51.6 million square feet. Among these, 24 projects are currently underway, while an additional 25 projects are in the pipeline. These projects are strategically divided, with the mid-market and affordable housing categories contributing approximately 45%, and the remaining 55% attributed to plotted development, mid-market premium, luxury housing, commercial, and office spaces.
